摘　　要：通过分析信息化和谐的内涵和构成,构建信息化和谐指数测量的二阶段模型,以2001～2007年中国31省市信息化水平为评价对象,运用灰色关联度评价法测量31省市的信息化水平,在此基础上从信息化水平在31省市间分布均衡的视角,借助扩展基尼系数计算方法,测量2001～2007年中国信息化和谐指数,得到中国区域信息化水平逐年提升,但和谐指数逐年扩大,呈现两极分化趋势的结论。By analyzed connotation and constitutes of Information harmony, two-phase model to measure Information harmony index is constructed. Information level of thirty one provinces and cities of China from 2001 to 2007 as research objects, using Grey Relational Degree evaluating method measure information level of thirty one provinces and cities of China, on this base, on the point of distributing equilibrium of information level of thirty one provinces and cities of China, by virtue of patulous Geordie coefficient, measure Chinese information harmony index from 2001 to 2007, gaining the conclusion that Chinese regional information level have been improved year by year but Chinese Information harmony index have been brooded year by year, indicating that Chinese information development shows polarization trend.
