摘 要:在瞬态加速度信号测量中,不同的加速度传感器安装方式会影响传感器系统的有效测量频带范围,引起加速度信号高频成分的放大或者缩小,使得测量结果的误差较大。为解决该问题,本文利用频域建模法、频域插值法以及时域建模法对加速度传感器的安装传递函数进行处理,并结合逆滤波技术对畸变的测量信号进行修正与重建,使重建后的加速度信号更加逼近真实的瞬态响应信号,从而减小传感器安装方式对测量带来的影响。详细讨论了三种方法的基本原理,并在Matlab环境下进行了信号重建的仿真研究,获得了相关有价值的认识。实践应用表明,这几种方法均能有效提高信号的测量精度。In the measurement of the transient acceleration signal, different installation mode of acceleration sensor has some influence in the effective measurement frequency band range of sensor system, this will lead to amplification or decrease of high frequency part of acceleration signal and will make larger error for measurement result. To make the reconstruction signal more approximated to actual signal and reduce measurement influence caused by installation mode of sensor, combined with inverse-filtering technique, frequency-domain correction,frequency-domain interpolation and timedomain modeling methods are used to process the installation transferring function of acceleration sensor to reconstruct actual signal from distortion acceleration signal measured in test are introduced in detail in this article. The basic principles of these three methods are discussed in detail, and simulation research of acceleration signal reconstruction based on Matlab is worked, some valuable rdated knowledge has been obtained. Practical application shows that these methods can effeetively improve the signal measurement accuracy.
