普外科手术患者抗菌药物应用调查

摘　　要：目的了解本医院临床抗菌药物应用情况,找出存在问题,规范临床抗菌药物的合理应用。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对2007年全年该医院普外科全部出院手术病人抗菌药物应用情况进行了调查。结果2007年全年该医院普外科共出院手术病人2680例,清洁切口(I类切口)手术802例,清洁-污染切口(II类切口)手术1608例,污染或感染切口(III类切口)手术266例。所有手术病人抗菌药物使用率达100%,合理使用率为58.84%,预防性用药占42.05%,参考病原学用药占16.64%。结论该医院普外科手术病人抗菌药物使用明显存在不合理现象,应加强对外科手术病人抗菌药物的应用管理。Objective To know the status of antibiotic use in our hospital,to find out the existing problem,and to standard clinical antibiotics using.Methods Antibiotic using of all in-patients of general surgery in our hospital in 2007 were investigated and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 2 680 cases of in-patients in 2007,802 cases had clearing incisions,1 608 cases had clearing and polluted incisions,266 cases had polluted and infected incisions.Antibiotics were used for all patients.The rate of rational antibiotics using was 58.84%,the rate of preventive antibiotics using was 42.05%,16.64% of patients were given antibiotics according to the pathogen detection.Conclusions There is irrational antibiotic using in the department of general surgery.We should improve management of antibiotic using in general surgery.
