摘  要:以能量平衡模型和能量平衡方程为依据,对某水泥厂纯低温余热发电系统中的余热锅炉进行了热力学分析,同时分析了各种参数变化对余热锅炉效率的影响.结果表明:余热锅炉的主要外部损失为排烟损失,占锅炉总损失的45.72%;主要内部损失为传热损失,占锅炉总损失的11.28%.确定了余热锅炉耗能的薄弱环节,并提出了降低余热锅炉损和提高余热锅炉效率的途径和改进措施,为水泥厂进一步展开节能工作提供科学依据.Based on energy balance models and energy balace equations,thermodynamic analysis was carried out to a waste heat boiler in the pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system of a cement plant while influence of varying parameters on exergy efficiency of the boiler analyzed.Results show that the external loss of the boiler mainly comes from the exergy loss originated by gas discharge while the internal loss from the exergy loss by heat transfer,which respectively account for about 45.72% and(11.28%) of the total boiler exergy loss.Problems leading to high power consumption of the boiler are thus determined,and corresponding countermeasures proposed for reducing exergy loss and raising exergy efficiency of the boiler.This may be taken as a scientific basis by the cement plant to further its energy-saving work.
