摘　　要：个性化信息服务是图书馆在现代信息技术飞速发展的大背景下探索出的一种新的服务理念和服务方式,通过对上海应用技术学院师生个性化信息服务的调查,看到了制约应用型地方高校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的因素,通过调查分析提出了解决问题的一些见解和方法,为应用型地方高校图书馆进一步开展个性化信息服务,提升服务水平作了分析和探讨。Personalized information service is a new service idea and service type developed by the library in the background of rapid development of modem information technology. Based on the investigation of the personalized information service of the teachers and students in Shanghai Applied Technology Institute, this article finds out the factors which restrict the applied libraries of local universities in developing personalized information service. Through investigations and analysis, the article proposes some ideas and methods for solving the problems, and also makes some analysis and explorations for applied libraries of local universities to further develop their personalized information service and improve their service quality.
