摘　　要：CCD图像传感器是近年来发展起来的新兴固体图像传感器,具有光电转移信号存储和信号传输等功能,在现代办公设备的电子扫描读取原稿、工业自动控制中的各种检测定位,图文识别和数据读取、医疗设备等领域得到广泛的应用。分析了CCD图像传感器的光电转换原理、特点和应用领域,介绍CCD图像传感器在数码速印机的应用,并对CCD图像传感器的应用发展趋势进行了展望。CCD image sensor is an integrated photoelectric device developed in recent years. With the function to produce, store and transfer photoelectric signal, CCD image sensor is now widely used in the fields of office manuscripts scanning, automatic detection, position location, optical character recognizing, medical image and so on. This paper explains the general principles of the CCD image sensor and demonstrates its application in digital duplicator and gives a prospect of its future application trend.
