摘　　要：IETM不仅实现了技术手册的数字化和智能化,而且它遵循相关标准,从根本上为实现数据的互操作和共享,实现数据的网络集成提供了可能。随着装备信息化程度日益提高,对IETM通用的制作编辑、发布和运行平台的需求日益突出。目前,有关IETM通用开发平台设计的文章比较少,针对该问题,在分析IETM创作过程和功能需求的基础上,提出了IETM开发平台的基本组成和工作流程,并重点对其信息数据结构给予定义,为IETM开发平台的软件实现奠定了基础。IETM not only digilizes and intelligentizes technical manual, but also makes it impossible to manipulate, share and integrate data according to correlational stands. The higer informationization of equipment, the more outstanding requriement for universal IETM development platform. At present the articles about IETM design are less, aiming at this problem, the constitute and flow of IETM development platform were proposed and information structure was defined by analyzing its procedure and functions.
