唐山市与“3 000亿元俱乐部”部分城市经济发展的比较分析

摘　　要：2008年唐山市GDP达到了3 561.19亿元,跨入"3 000亿元俱乐部"城市行列,但与"3 000亿元俱乐部"部分沿海城市相比,一些经济指标还存在差距。唐山市在经济发展过程中存在诸多矛盾和问题,主要是资源型城市的特点依然明显、产业结构性矛盾突出、投资率偏低、经济外向度有待进一步提升。唐山应加快结构调整,逐步形成合理的产业结构;大力发展第三产业,特别是服务业;加快发展高新技术产业,改造提升传统产业;拓展投资空间,优化投资结构;进一步优化发展软环境,提升城市竞争力。Tangshan GDP reached 356.19 billion yuan in 2008 and became one of the ＂300 billion yuan club＂cities. But compared with some coastal cities, there are some gaps in a lot of economic indexes. That is to say, Tangshan city also has many problems in economic development： the characteristics of resource based cities are still obvious, industrial structural disadvantages are still prominent, the investment rate is low, the scale of economic export-orientation is yet to be further enhanced. Therefore, Tangshan should speed up structural adjustment, form a rational industrial structure, vigorously develop tertiary industry,accelerate the development of hi-teeh industries, transform and upgrade traditional industries, expand investment space, optimize investment structure and soft environment and enhance urban competitiveness.
