摘　　要：社区矫正作为一种非监禁刑罚方式,它以一种社会化的思路和方式推递社区行刑工作,内在地包含着对社区中各种社会资源的整合与利用。规范性社会资源包括社会团体和志愿者,他们是社区矫正辅助人员,协助社区矫正执法人员开展有关社区矫正工作。只有协调处理好各方的利益关系,才能真正调动起社区资源的整体力量,在综合平衡中稳步推进社区矫正工作。Community Correction, as a non-custodial penalty,inherently contains the ideas to integrate and use social resources to promote community execution in socialized methods. Normative social resources, including social groups and volunteers, are community correction auxiliary staff to assist community correction officers to carry out community correction. Only by coordinating the interests of all parties can community resources be really mobilized to promote Community Correction in a balanced and smooth way.
