摘 要:以分数步长法差分计算理论为基础,开发出了能处理复杂边界条件(包括加热和冷却系统)、任意时间步长、非均匀网络、变物性参数的三维压铸过程温度场数值模拟算法,成功地解决了在压铸温度场数值拟计算过程中由于显示差分的稳定性、全隐式差分算法需要求解庞大的线性方程组等导致的计算速度慢和计算效率不高等问题,计算结果与实际测温结果基本吻合。它为在普通微机上以较短的时间完成具有复杂结果的压铸型—压铸件温度场数值模拟提供了一条切实可行的途径。Abstract Based on the componentwise splitting difference methods,a numerical simulation algorithm of 3 D temperature field of die casting process was developed which could handly the complicated boundary conditions including heating and cooling systems,arbitrarily assigned time steps,irregular mesh sizes and variable physical property parameters.It successfully solves some problems for slow computational velocity and low computational efficiency resulting from the stability of explicit difference and complicated calculation of full implicit difference algorithm,thus increasing the computational efficiency markedly and shortening the computational time.At the same time,the computational result and parctical application are good agreement,a feasible avenues for solving numerical simulation of temperature field of complicated die castings in a short time has been opened up.
