摘　　要："弱势群体"问题关系到我国社会经济的和谐与稳定,金融对弱势群体的支持,既是经济社会和谐发展的要求,也是金融业促进社会和谐稳定的责任。弱势群体金融支持的途径在于制度创新与业务产品创新。同时,需要在法律制度、金融环境、信用体系以及财税政策方面提供配套支持。The problem of ＂vulnerable groups＂ is important to the harmony and stability of our country＇s society and economy. Therefore the financial support for vulnerable groups is not only the call for harmonious development of economy and society, but also＇the responsibility of the financial system to pro- mote the society＇s harmony and stability. The approaches of the financial support for vulnerable groups include institutional innovation and product innovation. At the same time, there should be coordinating supports in the fields of legal system, financial environment, credit system and fiscal policies.
