摘　　要：针对ＥＢＴ电弧炉—ＬＦ—连铸工艺，石横特钢厂采用了控制上ＬＦ钢水的化学成分、控制初炼炉出钢温度、合理调度减少等连铸时间、快速合理造精炼渣等措施，缩短了精炼时间，降低了ＬＦ电耗。For reducing the power consumption and the fining time of ladle furnace,some measures,consisted of controlling the chemical composition of liquid steel in EBT electric arc furnace,controlling tapping temperature of EBT electric arc furnace,reducing the time for waiting continuous casting production and producing the fining slag in speedy and reasonable condition,etc,have been puted forward in Shiheng special steel works according to the process of EBT electric arc furnace ladle furnace continuous casting.
