摘　　要：在推钢式连续加热炉上以低汽包自然循环汽化冷却系统替代循环水冷却系统，解决了炉筋管的结垢问题，提高了循环系统运行的可靠性及成材率，回收废热每年可获益３２万元，并可节省电费１０万元／ａ。Substituting cycling water cooling system by natural cycling evaporation cooling system in push type furnace,the scaling question in tube can be prevented,and the operation reliability of this system and the rate of finished products can be increased.The profit of recovery waste heat energy is 0 32 million yuan every year and the save of power cost is 0 1 million yuan every year.
