摘　　要：造成连铸坯宏观夹杂的原因是钢液被二次氧化形成夹杂以及中间包中的夹杂物卷入钢液进入结晶器而形成铸坯夹杂。采取保护浇铸、保证中间包液面达到一定高度、及时捞渣等措施，可减少铸坯夹杂，改善铸坯质量。The cause of producing inclusion in continuous casting billet is caused by recondary oxidation liquid steel and the inclusion in pouring basket entraped into mould.Through taking protecting pouring,ensuring the liquid steel level in pouring basket to get required highness,and taking slage out of liquid steel,etc,the inclusion in continuous casting billet can be reduced and the quality of continuous casting billet can be improved.
