摘  要:为了指导自动垂直钻井工具的研究开发和现场应用,并且为自动垂直钻井系统底部钻具组合的优化设计提供理论依据,在充分调研自动垂直钻井系统的结构特征、工作原理的基础上,结合自动垂直钻井工具的BHA的一维力学模型,用纵横弯曲法建立了加装自动垂直钻井工具的BHA的二维力学模型,得到了自动垂直钻井系统的BHA的二维力学方程。确定了钻头和上切点处的边界条件,推导出了钻头侧向力和钻头转角的计算公式,应用建立的力学模型能准确地计算出稳定器支点的内弯矩和梁柱各点处的挠度。同时,也可计算出一定工作条件下的钻头侧向力和钻头转角,通过研究钻头侧向力和钻头转角随钻进参数的变化规律可以分析钻进参数对自动垂直钻井工具造斜能力的影响规律,为自动垂直钻井工具的现场使用提供理论依据。In order to direct the research & development and field application of automatic vertical drilling tools and also provide the theoretical criterion for optimum design of the automatic vertical drilling bottom hole assembly (BHA), and on base of the research and analysis of the structural features and operating principles and also combined with 1-D mechanical model of automatic vertical drilling BHA, the 2-D mechanical model of the automatic vertical drilling BHA was built up using crisscross bending method. The boundary condition between the up cut-point and bit was built, the equation for bit side force and rotation angle calculation was derived. The bending deflection at each point on the beam and introvert torque at stabilizer pivot point can be accurately calculated by using the established mechanical model. At the same time, for a given condition, the bit side force and rotation angle can be calculated, and how the drilling parameters will affect the build-up ability during vertical drilling can be obtained through the research of how the bit side force and rotation angle will change if the drilling parameters change. This will provide theoretical criterion for the field application of automatic vertical drilling tools.
