摘 要:国内外对于松散颗粒床渗透率、窄分砂(均匀砂)渗透率的研究很多,但对于地层砂渗透率的研究很少,也没有将这种方法引入到石油工程领域;筛管完井后的产能变化主要取决于筛管外堆积砂渗透率的变化和筛管的堵塞程度,为此本文针对地层砂渗透率与地层砂粒度中值,非均匀系数和小于44μm颗粒含量的关系展开了实验研究,通过实验拟合出地层砂渗透率与上述几种影响因素的关系图版。由此对于任意给定的地层砂,可以通过测试其粒度分布结合该图版得出渗透率的大致变化范围,为产能预测中渗透率的变化提供理论依据,从而可以更加准确地预测防砂井在不同防砂精度下产能的变化规律,对指导工程实践具有一定意义。At the moment, there were a lot of researchs for permeability of the particles packed bed and uniform sand home and abroad, but little researchs for formation sand permeability, this way do not call in petroleum engineering area; after screen completion alternate deliverability be decided by accumulated sand permeability changed and degree of bridging for screen, for this reason this paper in view of experimental study relationship between formation sand permeability and formation median grain size, nonuniformity coefficient, less than 44μm grain content. By means of text, equate drawing board of formation sand permeability with above-mentioned affecting factor. Given formation sand, by means of testing distribution of sizes, unite this drawing board can obtain variation range of permeability, offer theory foundation for deliverability forecast with altering permeability, so that can furthermore exactly forecast trans- formation rule of deliverability under different sand control accuracy, for guiding engineering practice have some significance
