摘  要:近几年,国外公司开发了自己的随钻地层压力测试工具,可提供实时地层压力数据,作业者可以据此确定压力梯度和流体界面以及实时调整钻井液密度和有效循环密度以优化钻井,有效提高机械钻速,保证井下作业安全。国内在该方面起步较晚,目前还没有研制出真正的随钻地层压力测试工具。详细介绍了最具代表性的国外随钻地层压力测量工具的基本结构、工作原理及现场应用与试验情况,包括Schlumberger公司的Stetho Scope系统、Halliburton公司的Geo-Tap系统及Baker Hughes公司(Inteq)的TesTrak系统,指出国内必须在跟踪研究国外随钻测量技术发展的基础上,开展具有自主知识产权的随钻压力测量工具的研制,以提高我国石油工程技术水平,缩小与国外先进技术水平的差距。In recent years, foreign companies have developed respectively a series of formation pressure while drilling (FPWD) systems which provide real-time formation pressure data. Based on these pressure data, the operator can determine pressure gradient and fluid interface as well as control drilling fluid density so as to optimize drilling parameters and increase drilling speed and make sure safe downhole drilling operations. In comparison with advanced foreign FPWD, such researches at home are relatively late and there are remarkable gaps. At present, there is no real FPWD with independent intellectual property at home. Most iconic foreign FPWD (Stetho Scope made by Schlumberger, GeoTap by Halliburton, and TesTrak by Baker Hughes) are introduced in detail with respect to basic structure, working mechanism, in-situ applications, and tests. It is suggested that researches on FPWD with independent intellectual property must be conducted based on tracking foreign measurement whiled drilling technologies so as to improve domestic petroleum engineering technology and thus narrow the gaps.
