摘 要:试验研究了碳纤维复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced plastic/polymer,简称CFRP)加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱再次受到腐蚀作用时的抗腐蚀能力和轴压力学性能,并与传统的防腐维护材料(硅烷和聚合砂浆)进行了对比.试验研究表明:CFRP不仅能阻止混凝土中钢筋的进一步锈蚀,且能恢复混凝土构件因钢筋锈蚀所损失的承载力;硅烷的阻锈能力略好于聚合砂浆,但二者长期阻锈能力差.Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer/Plastic(CFRP) has high strength and good corrosion resistance,and can be used to improve the bearing capacity and durability of reinforced concrete columns,which used in corrosion environment.This test will research the corrosion resistance and axial bearing capacity of corrosion-reinforced concrete column wrapped CFRP subjected to corrosion again.The differences between FRP and the conventional protective systems(silicon alkyl and polymer mortar) were discussed in this article.This test indicated corrosion-reinforced concrete column wrapped CFRP will restore the initial strength of corrosion-reinforced concrete column and arrest further corrosion.The corrosion resistance of silicon alkyl is a little better than polymer mortar,but the long term corrosion resistance of both them are bad.
