摘 要:以研制抗震性能较好且经济适用的新型多层住宅结构为目标,提出了单排配筋混凝土剪力墙结构.为了研究其不同边缘构造的单排配筋剪力墙的抗震性能,同时与传统的砌体结构抗震性能比较,进行了3个不同边缘构造的单排配筋混凝土剪力墙和1个页岩砖砌体剪力墙的低周反复荷载试验.4个试件的剪跨比均为1.0.在试验基础上,分析了各剪力墙的承载力、延性、刚度、滞回特征、耗能能力和破坏特征,建立了其简化的承载力计算模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.研究表明,单排配筋混凝土低矮剪力墙的抗震性能明显优于页岩砖砌体剪力墙,可以满足多层住宅结构抗震设计要求.In order to build muhistory residence buildings with good seismic performance and low cost, the RC shear wall with bi-directional single row of steel bars are proposed to be used. For the purpose of knowing the seismic performance of this shear wall with different format of boundary element and comparing with traditional masonry shear wall, a low-frequency quasi-static cyclic loading experimental study on three low-rise RC shear wails with low reinforcement ratio and one masonry shear wall made of confined shale bricks was carried out. The shear-span ratio of four specimens was 1.0. Based upon the experimental study, load-carrying capacity, ductility, stiffness and its degradation, hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation and failure phenomena of each shear wall were analyzed. A simplified mechanical model and calculative formulas for of low-rise RC shear wails with bi-directional single row of steel bars were established. load-carrying capacity agreed well with the experimental results. Experiments stu seismic performance of low-rise RC shear wall with masonry shear wall and it satisfied the requirements the load-carrying capacity The calculating results of dy has indicated that the bi-directional single row of steel bars is better than that of of seismic design for muhistory residence buildings.
