摘 要:鉴于牵伸力的变化会影响条子质量,利用牵伸力与传感器中应变片的应力与应变之间存在线性关系的原理,自行研制了1套牵伸力在线检测装置。使用这套装置可以正确测量牵伸力的大小,进而研究牵伸力和条子质量之间的关系。采用粘胶生条进行头道并条试验。所用小型并条机的部分调节参数为前罗拉速度、前区牵伸倍数、后区牵伸倍数、并合根数和总牵伸倍数。同时,通过光滑样条方法分析了牵伸力与条子质量的关系。研究结果表明,牵伸力和条干不匀有很大的内在关联性,并条机牵伸力的在线检测值将成为未来控制条子质量的重要指标。As the change of the drafting force will affect the sliver quality,a set of drafting force online inspection device is self-developed with principle that there is linear relationship between drafting force and stress-strain of the strain gauges in the sensor. The device can be used to accurately measure the drafting force,and then the data obtained can be used to investigate the relationship between drafting force and sliver quality.The breaker drawing experiment is carried out with rayon fibers as raw material on a mini-drawing frame.A part of the variable parameters of the drawing frame were front roller speed,front draft ratio,back draft ratio,doublings and total draft ratio.At the same time,the relationship between drafting force and sliver quality was analyzed by using the smoothing spline method.The experimental results showed that there is a great intrinsic relevance between drafting force and coefficient of variation(CV value) of the sliver,and the online inspect results of the drafting force on the draw frame can be used as an important indicator of controlling sliver quality in the future.
