北京市中小河流治理模式探讨

摘　　要：以往人们注重河流防洪、排水功能和资源开发,忽略河流生态建设与维护;由此导致了严重后果。在重新认识河流防洪、资源、环境、生态等综合功能的基础上,提出维护河流健康生命与开发利用河流资源相协调的生态治河理念,探讨有利于"人与自然和谐共处"的生态治河模式,加深社会各界对生态治河的了解和认识,以推进北京市经济社会健康、快速发展。In the past, people paid attention to the river flood control, drainage function and water resource development, ignoring the river ecological construction and maintenance, which has led to serious consequences. Based on the re-understanding of comprehensive river function of flood control, resources, environment, ecology, it proposes in this paper ecological river improving concept to maintain healthy of rivers and coordinate development and utilization of river resources, investigates ecological river improving model which is benefit for ＂man and nature live in harmony＂, to enhance the community＇s knowledge and understanding of ecological river improving in order to promote economic and social developing in a healthy and fast way in Beijing.
