摘　　要：介绍了信号发生与频率测量仪的功能，系统组成、工作原理及其软件设计．The principle and measuring method of the signal genertion and frequency measurement instrument are introduced which is develeped by the main lab of the automatic department.Hardware principle diagram and software flow chart are also presented.
