摘　　要：目的建立用气相色谱测定化妆品中氮芥的方法。方法化妆品中的氮芥用萃取法进行富集,用具有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪测定。结果该方法RSD均〈10%,加标回收率为85.5%-105.2%,最低检出线为0.5μg/g。结论该方法符合试验要求,具有操作简单、快速的特点,适于化妆品中氮芥的测定。Objective To develop a method for determination of chlormethine in cosmetic.Methods Chlormethine in cosmetic was enriched by extraction method and determined with FID detector.Results The relative standard deviation was less than 10%,the recovery rate was 85.5%-105.2%,the detection limit was 0.5 μg/g.Conclusion The method is rapid,easy to operate.It fits to determine chlormethine in cosmetic.
