自制“鱼病康-Ⅱ”对美蛙膨气红腿病的防治试验研究

摘　　要：新研制的中西药“鱼病康－Ⅱ”对美国青蛙膨气红腿病病原菌嗜水气单胞菌和假单胞菌有强烈的杀灭作用。其最小抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）为０．００２ｍｇ／ｍＬ，最小杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ）为０．００４ｍｇ／ｍＬ，中药Ａ剂和西药Ｂ剂的ＦＩＣ指数为０．６２２，联合杀菌时呈显著协同作用效应。给蝌蚪和蛙以１０倍高剂量连续投服“鱼病康－Ⅱ”７ｄ，无明显毒副作用。人工感染后治愈率达８０％，对发病早期及时治疗，治愈率在８０％以上。说明中西药“鱼病康－Ⅱ”其配合是合理的。Yubing kang Ⅱ” ,A new preparation fish drug,has strong bactericidal effect to the Pathogenes ( Aeromonas hydrophila,Pseudomonas sp. ) of Tympanites and Red leg disease in Rana grylia.Its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0.002 mg/mL and minianal bactericidal concentration (MBC) was 0.004 mg/mL.The FIC index of Chinese herbal medicine A and western medicine B ingredients was 0.622.A significant synergism effect appeared .in the prevention and cure of the disease . Toxic side effects were not observed when the Rana grylia took high dose of “Yubingkang Ⅱ” (10 times of the normal dosage)for 7 days.Therapy experiments artificial infection and early stage of the disease showed that cure rate of “Yubing kang Ⅱ” to the Tympanites and Red leg disease in Rana grylia reached 80%,respectively.“Yubing kang Ⅱ” making up a prescription of chinese Rerbal medicine and western medicine is reasonabl.
