摘　　要：学术论文参考文献著录问题主要表现在:1.无参考文献或参考文献著录为应付型;2.参考文献著录不规范;3.正文中引文标注不严谨。编辑可根据参考文献著录状况对稿件质量进行一定的甄别,并采取不同的处理策略:进行相应的规则教育、退稿以及提请相关机构完善著录标准和规则。The problems of the reference＇s description in academic dissertation include： without reference or the reference＇s description is perfunctory;the description for reference is not canonical;the quotation in main text is not accurate.Many strategies could take for editors such as educating the author with corresponding rules and sending back the dissertation or asking for correlative organizations to consummate the criterion and rule about the reference.
