摘 要:以中国西北地区丰富的太阳能资源和苦咸水淡化为工程应用背景,在已有的膜蒸馏实验系统的基础上,为其冷端需要设计了小型的太阳能吸收式制冷系统,优化了膜蒸馏系统结构。运用Visual Basic 6.0语言编制了太阳能膜蒸馏冷端热力计算软件。根据实验数据,拟合了呼和浩特地区全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器水温与水平面太阳辐射日累计值关系的公式。建立了数据库与软件连接,利用软件运行结果,分析了参数变化对制冷天数的影响,并得到了当蒸发温度为5℃,冷却水温度为25℃时,决定了集热温度为85.4℃,此时选用何种集热器,均可得到该集热器全年可制冷天数的最优结果。There is so much brackish water and rich solar energy in the west of China.Based on the membrane distillation system in our lab,a small sized solar powered absorption cooling device was designed for the need of MD's cold side.It optimized construction of membrane distillation system.The cold side thermodynamic calculation program for solar powered membrane distillation was compiled by software Visual Basic 6.0.According to the experiment datum,the formulation of radiation on a horizontal surface in Huhhot and temperature of vacuum tube of solar heater was given.Then its database linked to the software was built.The relationship between days of refrigeration and other parameters was also analyzed.After running the program,optimum results of computation were obtained(evaporation temperature was 5℃,temperature of cooling water was 25℃,temperature of driving hot water was 85.4℃ and days of refrigeration was maximum).
