摘  要:针对煤气饱和水对燃烧过程的影响程度与终冷增压的电力消耗,综合计算了五个终冷增压工艺方案的相关数据,并从经济合理性和环境影响程度出发,对其进行了系统的对比分析,指出经过初级冷却的煤气,其温度降至800-100℃后,不经过进一步终冷而直接增压输送的工艺,是最经济合理、环境效益最好的方案。According to the influence degree of saturated water on combustion process and the power consumption in the process of end cold and pressurized,the data of five end cold and pressurized processes were calculated and contrast analysis of these systems from the aspect of the economic rationality and environment was conducted.It pointed out that after the initial cooling,the gas temperature dropped to 80-100℃,and direct pressurization and transportation process without further end cold was the most economical and environmental process.
