异叶青兰化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用大孔树脂、硅胶、MCI及Sephadex LH-20色谱法对异叶青兰全草进行分离，应用光谱法对所得化合物进行了结构鉴定。从异叶青兰中分离得到5个化合物，分别鉴定为乌苏甲酯（methylursolate，1）、熊果酸（ursolic acid，2）、3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-3—O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（3β-hydroxy—oleanane-3—O-β-D—glucopyranoside，3）、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（1uteolin-7-O-β-D-glueopyranoside，4）、木樨草素（luteolin，5）。五个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。In this paper the chemical constituents of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. were studied, They were isolated by using polystyrene resin, silica gel, MCI and Sephadex LH-20colunm chromatography, and the structures were elu-cidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectra data. Five compounds were identified as methyl ursolate （ 1 ）, ursolic acid （ 2 ）, 3β-hydroxy-oleanane-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 3 ）, luteolin-7 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 4 ）, luteolin（5）. Compounds 1-5 were obtained from Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. for the first time.
