摘 要:采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取土荆皮中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析挥发油的化学成分及其含量,通过测定,从挥发油中分离出了36种化合物,鉴定出其中的22种,占挥发油总量的90.0%,其中绝大多数为脂肪酸、萜类化合物及其衍生物,其中棕榈酸含量高达38.0%,9,12-十八烷二烯酸(z,z)含量为20.9%。The essential oil from Pseudolarix kaempferi was extracted by steam distillation. Through optimizing the parameters,36 compounds were isolated and 22 of them were identified from the essential oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS). These compounds are accounted for 90.0% of the total essential oil. The major components were fatty acids, terpenoids and their derivatives, for example, n-hexadecanoic acid ( 38.0% ) and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (z,z) (20.9%).
