摘　　要：本文用两种不同色谱柱的高效液相色谱法测定红景天中红景天苷和酪醇的含量，样品经超声提取后进样分析，分别在5和10min完成测定，结果表明：方法的线性和回收率都令人满意，短柱可以用于优良单株的快速筛选。The contents of salidroside and tyrosol in Rhodiola L. were measured using HPLC with two different columns in this paper. The sample was extracted by ultrasonic bath and the analyses were completed within 5 and 10 min using two different columns, respectively. The results showed that the linearity and recovery were satisfactory and the short col- umn can be used to select the quality species quickly.
