番荔枝果皮提取物对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的观察

摘　　要：本实验观察到番荔枝果皮提取物具有抑制S180和Hi60肿瘤细胞的作用。实验采用了S180肿瘤细胞小白鼠体内接种和Hk肿瘤细胞体外培养的方法，将小自鼠和细胞分为试验组和对照组，试验组使用番荔枝果皮提取物，对照组使用生理盐水。每天观察小白鼠和细胞生长情况。实验结束时处死小鼠，剥离肿瘤块，称重；计算HL60细胞增殖数目。实验结果显示番荔枝果皮提取物对S180肉瘤细胞具有明显的抑制作用，显著性差异检验表明为差异显著（P〈0．05）；与空白对照组比较，对S180细胞的抑制率为35．6％。对HL60肿瘤细胞也具有明显的抑制作用，显著性差异检验表明为极显著性差异（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，其最高抑制率为44．44％。It was observed in this paper that sweetsop peel extractive had have function of suppressing the tumor cell of S180＆ HL60. In this experiment the mice were inoculated with sarcoma S180 in vivo and the tumor cell of HL60 was cultured in vitro. The rat and cell were divided into 2 groups of experiment and control. The experimental groups were given with the sweetsop peel extractive and controls were given with saline. The situations of the mice and cell were observed each day. The mice were killed at the end of the experiment, the nodules of sarcoma were stripped and weight; the number of HL60 cell propagation Were counted. The results of experiments showed that the sweetsop peel extractive had obvi- ous inhibition on the sarcoma of S180 ;the significance difference test showed remarkable difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control blank group,the maximum restrain rate to Stso cell was 35.6%. Also extractive had obvious inhibition on the ceil of HL60 ; the significance difference test showed very remarkable difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with control blank group,the maximum restrain rate to HL60 cell was 44.4%.
