摘  要:秋橄榄(Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb.),胡颓子科胡颓子属灌木,又名牛奶子、秋莓等,因富含番茄红素而被认为是可能抑制心血管疾病和抗癌、抗辐射的新一代功能野果资源。本文主要对秋橄榄的国内外研究现状做相关综述,并对秋橄榄的开发应用前景做一展望。Autumn olive(Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb. )is a kind of shrub of Elaeagnaceae. It is named as Niu Naizi in China or autumn olive, autumnberry also. The red berries of autumn olive have particularly high levels of lycopene which has powerful antioxidant properties, Autumn olive is suggested a new functional wild fruit resource with a potential function to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and the mortality of those with oral, pharynx, or larynx cancers. In this study,the rescent researches about autumn olive was summarized and the explore foreground on autumn olive was prospected.
