摘　　要：根据STCW78/95公约对航海人员的英语要求,以及公约对各成员国在培训、发证等方面的规定,对航海英语教学的现状进行了分析,并提出了在公约的指导下航海英语教学的改进措施。According to the requirements of STCW78/95 for the English competence of the seamen,and based on the regulation for the training and certificate issuing among its member countries,the current situation of maritime English teaching is analyzed,and guided by STCW78/95 the improving measures of maritime English teaching are put forward.
