摘 要:采用多种色谱技术对黄酮类成分进行分离纯化,经理化数据和光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。从银杏叶中分离得到3个黄酮类化合物,结构鉴定为槲皮素(1)、山奈素(2)、异鼠李素(3)。在提取过程中,采用树脂ADS-17对提取液进行除杂(70%乙醇洗脱),采用ADS-F8对银杏黄酮和内酯进行分离(70%乙醇洗脱),最后银杏黄酮采用聚酰胺柱色谱对银杏黄酮进行分离,效果良好。To investigate the chemical constituents of Gingkgo leaves, multi-chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectroscopic data analysis. Three compounds were isolated from Gingkgo leaves and identified as quercetin (1), kaempferol (2) and isorhamnetin (3). The concentrated crude extract was refined and separated through ADS-17 and ADS-F8 column (eluted with 70% ethanol). The polyamide column (step gradient 30% to 95% ethanol) was used to isolate the flavonoids in the Gingkgo leaves and the effect was good.
