摘  要:在15株滇重楼(Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis)内生真菌提取物中检测到8株内生真菌提取物具有明显的抗细菌活性,它们对供试细菌的最低抑制浓度在0.625和2.0mg/mL之间,其中粘鞭霉(Gliomastix murorum,Ppf8菌株)的滤液提取物具有最强的抗细菌活性。结果提示这些内生真菌菌株在农业和医药上可能具有较好的应用潜力。Fifteen endophytic fungal isolates, which were separated from rhizomes of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanerts/s (Franch) Hand (Trilliaeeae) being a rare and precious medicinal herb exclusively distrihuted in the southwest of China, were selected to detect their antibacterial activity. Eight fungal endophytie isolates, i. e. Ppf2 (Fusarium redolens), Ppf4 (Fusarium sp. ), Ppf6 (Fusarium oxysporum) , Ppf8 (Gliomastix murorum) , Ppf9 (Pichia guilliermondii), Ppf10 (Aspergillusfumigatus), Ppf14 (an uncultured myeorrhizal-aseomycete) and Ppf15 (Fusarium oxysporum) were screened to show strong antibacterial activity against the'test bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Escherichia coli ,Xanthomonas vesicatoria ,Agrobacterium tumefaciens and Pseudomonas lachryrnans ), and their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values were between 0. 0625 mg/mL and 2.0 mg/mL. Of them, the filtrate extract of Ppf8 ( G. murorum) was detected to show the strongest antibacterial activity. The results indicated that some endophytic fungi with their antimierobial activity appeared to be promising in their antibacterial activity, and may represent a potential source of antibaeterials for agricultural or pharmaceutical applications.
