苗药赶黄草干燥工艺对槲皮素含量的影响

摘　　要：为考查赶黄草不同干燥方法对其化学成分槲皮素含量的影响，采用HPLC法，以Kromasil C18色谱柱，乙睛：水：磷酸（32：68：0．5）为流动相测定槲皮素含量，检测波长为370nm。结果表明不同的杀青方法对赶黄草中槲皮素的含量影响不明显，不同的干燥方法对赶黄草中槲皮素的含量有明显影响，阴干〉烘干〉晒干。因此，赶黄草产地加工方法宜选用阴干干燥方法。The content of quercetin was determined to evaluate the influences of torrefaction methods on Penthonm chinense by the reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）. The analytical column is a 4.6 mm × 250 mm Kromasil G18 column and volume fraction of the mobile phase is 68 % water,32% acetonitrile and 0.5% phosphoric acid. The flow rate of mobile phase was 0.8 mL/min and chromatograms were recorded at 370 nm. The results showed that the content of quereetin was largely conserved by dry in the shade.
