HPLC法测定红景天饮料中红景天苷的含量

摘　　要：本文采用HPLC法测定红景天饮料中红景天苷的含量。应用Thermo—C18（4．6mm×200mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇：水（15：85）为流动相进行检测，流速1．0mL/min，检测波长275nm，柱温25℃。结果显示红景天苷的线性范围为1．16-5．80μg；平均回收率为98．53％（RSD=1．00％）。提示该方法可用于红景天饮料中红景天苷的含量测定。The content of salidroside in Rhodiola drinks was determined by HPLC, and the chromatography conditions were as follows：Thermo-C18 column （4.6 mm× 200 mm,5 μm） with methanol-water （ 15： 85） as the mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,detection wave length 275 nm, column temperature 25℃. The result showed that the linear range of salidroside was between 1.16 to 5.80 μg,and the average recovery was 98.53 % （ RSD = 1.00 % ）. This method can be used to determine the content of salidroside in Rhodiola drinks.
