核桃仁提取物抑制糖苷酶活性成分的研究

摘　　要：采用化学试剂检测，紫外扫描，提取分离等方法对核桃仁的95％乙醇提取物抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的主要成分进行了初步研究，结果表明该主要成分为鞣质，且该鞣质成分在酸性，高温，光照，高湿条件下较稳定。Used chemical reagent, UV-scan, extraction and separation to analyse the main components inhibiting the active of a-glucosidase in 95% ethanol extracts from walnut, the results showed that tannin has high inhibit activate in the 95% ethanol extracts of walnut kernel and it is stable in the condition of acidity, high-temperature,4500lx ±500lx and high-wet.
