摘　　要：通过对目前FIBA3人裁判制裁判员位置转换问题的研究,发现在移动路线上存在一些不符合篮球裁判法发展规律的问题。针对这些问题,并结合裁判员临场执法实践,对3人裁判制裁判位置转换进行了改革和优化,使得裁判员的裁判位置转换更加合理,移动路线更加简约,进一步方便了裁判员对比赛的控制和管理,同时,为目前国际篮联裁判法的完善和发展提供思路和借鉴。Through study the route of FIBA three people officiating, some problems against the law of basketball development are found. We optimized and reformed the position switch of the three--person officiating to solve the problem after studying the actual practice of the referees to rationalize and save referee＇s moving route. At the same time, it is easier for referees to control and manage the match. Besides, it will benefit the international basketball officiating.
