摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的逐步推进,高等学校的学生人数大幅增长,大学生就业难的问题日益突出,已引起全社会的普遍关注。针对大学生在社会适应方面存在的认知偏差、能力较弱等问题,可以通过采取一些可操作性的应对措施,提高大学生的智力与能力水平,增强他们的实践能力和心理承载力,提高社会适应性,以符合社会对人才的需求。With the gradual advancement of the popularity of our higher education,there has been increased number of college students and the employment has become a big problem,which receives the attention from the whole society.In view of the cognitive deviation among the university students in the aspect of social adaptation,this paper proposes that some feasible measures can be adopted to develop their intelligence and ability,enhance their social work ability and psychological capacity so as to enhance their capacity of social adaption and meet the requirements of the society.
