摘 要:人性化管理是现代企业管理的发展趋势,人性化管理能给企业带来动力,调动职工的积极性,而且能优化配置企业的人力资源。但是现代企业管理中的人性化管理存在三食误区。一是认为人性化管理就是人情化管理;二是员工自己定工作任务;三是随意化管理。这些误区的存在是企业没有很好的理解企业人性化的内涵和它的基本要求,企业人性化管理必须有效地和科学管理紧密结合。本文基于人性化管理的基本要求,提出了合理实施人性化管理的基本措施,要尊重员工的主体意识;注重员工潜能的开发;营造和谐、平等沟通的工作氛围;为人才搭建展示才华的舞台;构建有效的激励与约束机制。The user friendly management is the modern business management trend of development, the user friendly management can bring the power to the enterprise,arouses staff's enthusiasm,moreover can optimize the disposition enterprise the human resources. But in the modern business management user friendly management has three erroneous zones. One, thought the user friendly management is the human sentiment management; Two is staff decides the work duty; Three is melts the management at will These erroneous zone existence is the enterprise not very good understanding enterprise user friendly connotation and its basic request,the enterprise user friendly management must effectively and the scientific management close union. This article based on the user friendly management basic request,proposed the reasonable implementation user friendly management basic measure, needs to respect the staff main body consciousness;Pays great attention to the staff potential the development; Builds the harmony,the equal communication work atmosphere; Builds the demonstration talent for the talented person the stage; Constructs the effective drive and the restraint mechanism.
