摘　　要：金融是现代经济的核心，农村经济的发展离不开金融的支持。当前农村金融存在的问题，既有总量问题，又有结构性问题。在实践中，结构问题表现得尤为突出。中国的城乡二元结构，决定了农村金融与城市金融的显著差异，也是形成农村金融结构性矛盾的重要原因。解决农村金融的结构性矛盾问题，既要统筹兼顾，加大投入，调整结构，创新产品。The finanee is the modern economy core, the rural economy development cannot leave financial the support. Current rural finance existence question, both has the total quantity question, and has the constitutive question. In reality, the structure question displays outstandingly. China＇s city and countryside dual strueture, has decided the rural finance and the city finanee remarkable difference,also is forms the rural finance constitutive property eontradietory important reason. Solves the rural finance constitutive contradictory problem, also must the all--round consideration, the enlarge investment, the adjustment structure, the innovation product.
