摘 要:应用SSE—CMM模型对电力生产系统安全工程特性进行映射、关联与剪裁,构建电力生产系统安全工程过程域及基本实践,然后根据安全工程域维来确定其通用实践及工程能力水平,从而构建具有系统安全工程过程域维与安全工程能力维的二维电力生产统安全工程能力成熟度模型(Electric Power Production System Security Engineering--Capability Maturity Model,EPPSSE—CMM),以实现电力统安全工程能力评估。It is mapped,connected and tailored through security engineering characteristic of the electric power production system with SSE--CMM(System Security Engineering--Capability Maturity Model) , which is constructed Electric Power Production System Security Engineering process area and basic practices, then its generic practice and Engineering capability level is constructed according to Security Engineering process area, therrSore, Electric Power Production System Security Engineering--Capability Maturity Model(EPPSSE--CMM) is consturcted, and being of process domain aspect and capability aspect,it will realizes security engineering ability appraisal of the electric power system.
