摘　　要：本文在深入分析城市信息化各相关要素的基础上，阐述分析了城市信息化规划基本方法论，其中，包括架构、完善了一个具有可操作性的城市信息化规划维度分析框架以及城市信息化战略规划基本过程与方法。同时，针对欠发达地区中心城市信息化的问题，运用这些方法对合肥城市信息化规划进行了实例分析与描述。Based on the in--depth analysis of some main related factors of urban informatization, this article analyses the basic methodology of its strategic planning, including structuring and perfecting an operable dimensional analytical framework of it, as well as its basic process and methods. Then, for the issues of central city informatization in less--developed regions, these methods are used to analysis and describe the strategic planning of it, specially as a case of Hefei.
