摘　　要：发展临空经济对哈尔滨建设航空门户枢纽、促进区域经济协调发展、提高开放型经济水平、培育经济新增长点具有十分重要的意义。哈尔滨具备发展临空经济的基础和条件，应以航空运输业和物流业以及临空型现代制造业、高新技术产业、现代服务业为重点，制定规划、政策扶持、加快基础设施建设，加快临空经济发展。In Harbin, The development of Airport Economy is significant to build of the air traffic hub,promote coordinated regional economic development, improve the level of an open economy, foster new economic growth point. Harbin has the basis for the development of airport economy. Should lay heavy stess on air transportation and logistics, as well as the modern manufacture industry, high-- tech industry, modern service industry. Make plans, strengthen policy support, expedite infrastructure construction, to accelerate the development of airport economy.
