一种淡水产浒苔叶绿体rbcL序列测定及分类地位的探讨

摘　　要：采用SDS法提取DNA，运用PCR扩增并测定rbcL序列，使用系统发育软件分析，研究了一种淡水产浒苔的分类地位．结合形态学的研究结果表明，该种与偶生浒苔（Enteromorpha prolifera）、缘管浒苔（Enteromor phalinza）、扁浒苔（Enteromorpha compressa）和肠浒苔（Enteromorpha intestinalis）有较近的亲缘关系．The rbcL gene was amplified and sequenced from purified products of a freshwater Enteromorpha collected from Shentou Spring, Shanxi Province, North China. The results combined with morphological characterristics showed that Enteromorpha sp. has a closer genetic relationship with Enteromorpha prolifera, F.nteromorpha linza ,Enteromorpha compressa and Enterornorpha intestinalis.
