摘 要:采用8对引物对我国6个盐肤木种群进行AFLP分析,共获得372条DNA条带,多态性条带达316奈,多态位点百分率为84.95%.基于遗传距离进行UPGMA聚类分析,结果显示:6个盐肤木种群形成2个聚类簇,台江种群、丹寨种群和五峰种群构成一个聚类簇,大巴山山系的竹山种群、汉中种群和城固种群形成了第二聚类簇.The genetic diversity of 6 Rhus chinensis Mill populations in China were examined based on AFLP technique. Eight combined primers were chosen to amplify the total DNA. A total of 372 DNA bands were got,among which 316 (84.95%)were polymorphic. UPGMA tree based on genetic distances showed that six Rhus chinensis Mill populations formed two groups,and each group included 3 populations. Taijiang, Danzhai and Wufeng populations clustered into the first group and the Zhushan, Hanzhong and Chenggu populations into the second group.
