摘 要:用10条随机引物对我国5个种群的小稻蝗进行RAPD-PCR扩增,共得到134个片段,各种群个体间无共有条带出现,总的多态位点百分率为100%.Nei's遗传距离表明:湖北五峰群和云南龙陵两交水种群遗传距离最大为0.2741;湖北神农架种群和湖南长沙种群遗传距离最小为0.0928。UPGMA聚类方法显示:河南新乡种群与湖北五峰种群聚为一支,湖北神农架种群与湖南长沙种群聚为另一支,两支相聚后与云南龙陵两交水种群聚为一起.The genetic relationships of five populations of Oxya intricata (collected from Xinxiang, Wufeng, Shengnongjia,Changsha, Longlingliangjiaoshui) were studied with RAPD markers. The RAPD patterns showed high polymorphisms,no shared bands were observed among populations. Nei's genetic distance and the dendrogram constructed by UPGNMA demonstrated Xinxiang and Wufeng,were grouped to one cluster,Shengnongjia and Changsha were clustered to another one. They had far phylogenetic relationship with Longlingliangjiaoshui,showing genetic distance of five populations of O. intricata correlated with geographical distance to some extent.
