摘 要:采用吸收光谱法研究了毛纤维对单宁酸吸附工艺参数,并从吸附等温线角度探讨了它们的吸附机理.优化结果表明:室温,浴比为1:50,在80℃、pH3.0和3%(owf)单宁酸溶液中90min,经0.1mol·L^-1 Na2CO3预处理30min的毛纤维,对单宁酸的最大吸附率约为37%.吸附等温线分析表明:毛纤维对单宁酸的吸附等温线符合Nernst吸附等温方程,属于分配型吸附.The conditions of the process for TA adsorbed onto wool fiber were optimized by absorption spectroscopy,and the adsorption mechanism was focused on from adsorption isothermcurren points of view. The optimum results showed that the pretreating optimum conditions of wool fiber were the Na2CO3 concentration of 0.1 mol·L^-1 and the time of 30 rain. The optimum conditions of wool fiber adsorbing TA were as follows:the bath ratio of 1 : 50,the temperature of 80℃,the TA content of 3%(owf),pH of 3.0 and the time of 90 rain. The maximal adsorption rate of wool fiber pretreated by Na2CO3 were about 37%. The adsorption isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption isotherm of TA onto wool fiber could be described by the Nernst adsorption model, and the adsorption process belonged to distribution adsorption mechanism.
