男性免疫性不育症的辨体论治思路探讨

摘　　要：男性免疫性不育症的发生,最重要的原因是机体的自身免疫反应,然而,并非所有发生自身免疫反应的男性都会患有不育症。男性免疫性不育症是在内外致病因素作用下导致的病理改变,机体内环境失稳和适应性调节功能失常,即体质禀赋异常是其根本。男性免疫性不育症的辨体论治思路关键在于改善、纠正其过敏体质,调节机体免疫机能,将过敏原(精子)与机体的不良免疫反应降到最低限度,以期为本病治疗提供新的思路。The most important cause of male immune infertility is the autoimmune response of the body.It is not all men,however,will suffer from infertility when they have autoimmune response.Male immune infertility is a pathological change induced by internal and external factors and the foundation is the disorders of homeostasis and adaptive regulating function（congenital constitution being abnormal）.The constitutional differentiation and treatment of male immune infertility should stress the amelioration of allergic constitution and regulation of body＇s immunity.The level of allergen（sperm） and harmful immune response should be reduced to the lowest level.
